No Bake Cheesecake ================== Ingredients: ------------------ Digestive biscult Half pack Butter 250g Cream cheese 200g Whipping cream 200ml Icing sugar 120g Gelatine powder 30g Blueberries or mango Steps: ---------- 1) Place digestive biscults into a bag and seal it. Let out any extra air. Crush the digestive biscults using rolling pin. 2) Place melted butter into the crushed biscuits and mix well. Place mixture onto cake tin. Spread it and press firmly using a fork. Chill it in fridge for about an hour. 3) Whip the whipping cream till soft peaks form. Leave it aside. 4) Beat the cream cheese till it soften. Add in icing sugar. Mix well. Mix in the whipped cream. 5) Place gelatine powder in a bowl. Pour in a bit of warm water. Make sure all ofvthe gelatine powder is thoroughly mixed. 6) Pour gelatine into the above mixture in step 4. Avocado Ice Cream ================== Ingredients: ------------------- 200ml whip cream Avocado 3pcs Condensed milk 150ml Steps: --------- 1) Whip the whipping cream till light and fluffy. Until soft peaks form. 2) Scoup out the avocado seed. Blend the flesh in a blender till it is smooth. You can add a bit of water for smooth blending. 3) Pour the avocado puree into the whipped cream. Add in the condense milk and stir mixture well. 4) Chill mixture in a metal bowl in freezer to get mixture to cool down faster. 5) Churn mixture in ice cream maker.

Green Tea Ice Cream =================== Ingredients: 3 tablespoon matcha powder 6 egg yolks 200ml whip cream 100g icing sugar 2 cups of milk (room temperature) Steps: ---------- 1) Sift green tea powder. 2) Place green tea powder into milk and stir till dissolved. 3) Pour 100ml whip cream into mixture stir thoroughly. 4) Pour mixture into saucepan and bring to a slow simmer. Do not boil the mixture. Once you see that it is boiling, off the fire. 5) Beat the yolks. Add sugar n mix. 6) Add the other 100ml of whip cream and mix. 7) Slowly pour in the warm milk mixture into the yolk mixture. Bring combined mixture to a boil.
