Avocado Ice Cream

Ingredients:

200ml whip cream
Avocado 3pcs
Condensed milk 150ml
Steps:

1) Whip the whipping cream till light and fluffy. Until soft peaks form.
2) Scoup out the avocado seed. Blend the flesh in a blender till it is smooth. You can add a bit of water for smooth blending.
3) Pour the avocado puree into the whipped cream. Add in the condense milk and stir mixture well.
4) Chill mixture in a metal bowl in freezer to get mixture to cool down faster.
5) Churn mixture in ice cream maker.
