Been MIA for sooo long... Haa finally son's exams are over and its time to do what i enjoy the most, COOKING! I strongly believe that when you have good mood, your dishes will taste better! Tofu ice cream: You will need, Silken Tofu Frozen strawberries Soy milk Honey / maple syrup Blend the frozen strawberries and tofu together in the blender. Add in honey and soy milk and throw everything into the ice cream maker. Wonder how will this tofu ice cream turn out to be...

Earl grey ice cream is upon my best buddy's request n i got this recipe frm my ice cream book... Minted earl grey sorbet! Didnt knew this black tea earl grey smells so wonderful!!!  Making ice cream is fun when u have yr best buddy around! 

Got too much of home grown aka organic sweet bananas, more banana cakes came to mind... Baking n sharing this joy with my best buddy... Although its tiring but its simply worth it when u get good comments from tasters' mouths... Satisfaction, something that cannot be bought by money...

Churning the mango mixture... Its solidifying... Whipping the egg white... Tada! Its thick n simply delicious!

Mixing all the ingredients... Waiting to go into the oven.. Raising... Huat too much... Anyway the texture is damn soft loh...delicious!

Its been a long while since i last baked...had loads of excess bananas so i guess its time! This recipe is very soft! Just take a look n you will know...
